It just came onto my radar that HERA is doing a Climb 4 Life event in Boulder over the weekend of June 15-17. If you aren’t familiar with HERA, they are a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of and finding a cure for ovarian cancer. Their annual climbing event in Salt Lake City is in its sixth year; this is the first event in Boulder and it’s sure to be a great time.
The weekend festival includes climbing with pros, intro to climbing clinics, parties, giveaways, food, music and more fun than you can shake a stick at. Climbers of all ability levels are welcome, and the money that is raised goes to help find a cure for ovarian cancer. You can get more information about the event at the Climb For Life website.
