Pretty quiet around here this week. I’m out of town leading a trip, so not much happening on the climbing front. The ice took a beating last friday with super warm temps in Redstone, but it’s probably started to recover. We had a great adventure on the Banzai Pipeline a week ago, pics are on my other computer so maybe I can post when I get back. February is usually the last reliable month for ice in Redstone, since it sits at such a low elevation, so now’s the time to get it done!
Just finished up a Level 2 Avalanche class, well worth the money, but didn’t get to hit the Outdoor Retailer trade show. There is some coverage of the climbing side of things on rockclimbing.com.
Skiing is probably gonna take the front seat for the next month or so, but already have some good climbing plans for March. Time to get back in the gym and get some fitness back.
